Production and Processing Timeline

All Mirit Weinstock jewelry is made to order in Japan.

Mirit Weinstock's atelier is located in Taito-ku, Tokyo, where many old town factories and wholesalers remain.
By performing all processes locally as much as possible, we can work with skilled manufacturers and craftsmen to maintain high-precision quality. 

We always strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Please note that we allow ourselves five - ten business days for production and processing before we ship out your order.
We are a small team, so we appreciate your patience, and promise it will be worth the wait! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are concerned about an order reaching you by a certain date.

International Duties and Taxes

MIRIT WEINSTOCK is not responsible for the payment of duties and taxes imposed by the country where the order is delivered.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible once your order is in transit.

Urgent Orders and Special Requests

If you have an urgent order delivery or a special request, please email us at and we will try our best to accommodate you. 


Please consider that each MIRIT WEINSTOCK piece is made to order. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can offer site credit or a gift card in exchange for your return within 20 days of the arrival of your purchase. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

 An email notification would be most appreciated, and will help speed up your credit as well.

When returning a package, you MUST remove all labels from the box and mark it "returned goods" (on a label provided by the post, or simply written on the box). If not thus marked, the package will likely be delayed by customs when incoming, and we may not be able to retrieve it and send you a refund.
Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and in their original box, to protect them on their way.

Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges.

Sizing and Resizing

If you are unsure of your ring size, please visit your local jeweler for a fitting.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges for incorrect sizing. We do offer resizing for a $40 fee
