GLENFIDDICH
To celebrate the launch of Glenfiddich's new whiskey - Grande Couronne, they invited me to create a pendant to be hung on a chain around the neck of the Grande Couronne bottle and a Furoshiki wrapping for the bottle’s box.
The Jewelry: Inspired by the beautiful filigree on the bottle and by the landscape of Israel I designed a palm leaves necklace in silver, gold and rose gold.
The Furoshiki: A Furoshiki is a square piece of cloth used for traditional Japanese wrapping.
I designed a Furoshiki cloth in harmony with the box design adding a luxurious addition to the product that reflected Glenfiddich commitment to sustainability and luxury. I was in charge of producing a limited edition of Furushiki clothes in Kyoto's 500-year-old Furushiki factory in a traditional manner.
